I Joined ‘Classic Car Restoration and Repair’ as an apprentice in 1990, and then in 1998 had the opportunity to purchase the long established company. In 2007 we moved from from the Hampshire / Wiltshire area to our present location about 2 miles from Bristol airport, where we undertake all aspects of restoration and repair work on Vintage, Classic and occasionally modern vehicles. We are a company with over 40 years experience and during this time we have gained extensive knowledge working with British Sports cars. Our particular specialties are Triumph TR’s and Classic Minis but this does not exclude any other marqué.
We are increasingly catering for the Motorsport market with race preparation and body repairs, which for the Classic Mini we have a body jig developed for quick turn around repairs.
From 2017 we re-branded as Slark Classic Restorations and once again work alongside our sister company Slark Tuning. We believe that all the work we carry out is to the highest quality achievable, shown by the high number of customers who regularly return to us for all their classic motoring needs from general repairs to full servicing.
